Club Meetings
The DuPage Birding Club meets eight times per year, usually
on the second Thursday of January, March, April, May, July, September,
October, and November at 7:30 pm.
Unless otherwise noted, the club meetings take place at
Faith Lutheran Church,
41 N. Park Blvd. (just north of Roosevelt Rd.), in Glen Ellyn.
Park in the back of the church and enter through the glass doors, then go down
the stairs to the meeting hall on your right.
Visitors and new members are always welcome.
Meet the speaker for dinner at 5:30 pm at nearby restaurant Beijing,
404 Roosevelt Rd., Glen Ellyn.
Meeting Program for 2009
Starting time 7:30 pm unless indicated otherwise.
The hall will be open at 7:00 pm for socializing.
- January 8, 2009. Speaker: Jeff Hoover, "Birds are Amazing!" A program
providing new insights into the remarkable behavior and ecology of birds, and
celebrating conservation successes.
- March 12. Annual Members' Night.
At our annual members' night, DuPage Birding Club members present their
slides and digital photos of trips they have taken to some great birding
locations both near and far. It's a terrific chance to survey some of the
many great birding images captured by the club's skilled photographers.
Come out and see beautiful pictures taken of many great birds and wonderful
places!

This meeting marks the 25th anniversary of the founding of the DuPage Birding Club.
