'69 Speedmaster c.861
Vs.
Universal Compax v.72
ST 145.022-69 (Left), Universal Genevé Compax Valjoux 72 (right). The UG Compax is a new arrival this week for me...
Since you all haven't seen this Compax previously, here are some additional shots...

Seeing where the c.861 and v.72 movements are comparable sizes, this Compax illustrates that Omega could make a "reduced moonwatch manual wind" if they choose to. I think a Moonwatch sized like this would appeal to ladies as well as men who do not wish to have a larger watch on their wrist. The Big watch trend has been with us for nearly 10 years. Who's going to be the first to go the other way?

Enjoy!
