Melina was formerly a performing Maria doll but witha full facial repaint and painted belly jewel, she has become Melina, exotic arabian bellydancer!
Melina has green eyes and sparkly coral lips, and her belly jewel is a silver dot.

Melina wears an outfit derived from Palm Beach Party (2001 Metro Line fashion Avenue) but upon discovering Loanne and I both chose this fashion, I was inspired to change the skirt and it became a draped, hiphugging flared skirt with long fuschia net scarves dangling and knotted at the ends. Melina's top was gathered at the center and ties behind her neck. The outfit is completely removeable (velcro in back) and comes with a fuschia net scarf for her to dance with. She is barefoot as she dances (comes with bendy leg body for more posability).

Melina is being named for a sweet friend of mine who makes the most fabulous barbie bellydancing dolls. I am proud to own about a dozen of her beauties! You can see some of them on Minxie's favorite ooaks page.
Melina will arrive in a special box with a certificate of authenticity.
