Here are some Barbie and Kelly sets from the Philipinnes, manufactured by Richwell under license by Mattel. These were released in 1999 in 4 different sets. Barbie & Kelly are presented in different settings: at work, at home, at sleep & at party. There were some earlier sets as well, but I've been unable to find them.

Note the neat hairstyle on Kelly, reminescent of merbaby Shelly from the Lil Mermaid Ariel set.

The best source I know to find these dolls is Dolly, who was kind enough to grant me permission to use her photos. She sells on ebay under the seller name doll_ph or you can email cupoftea@skyinet.net. I've personally bought from her and she is prompt and friendly.

Here are 5 individual Kelly dolls released in 2000 in the Philipinnes. They are manufactured by Richwell under license from Mattel.
I don't have these yet but hope to get them soon.

My favorite is the Becky lookalike in the pink tutu type dress.

This is a special Kelly promotion produced in the Philipinnes for the bakery stores named Goldilocks. The doll is adorable with long curly golden hair. She is a gem and I bought myself 2.
