Trey wakes up and puts on his swimsuit. He puts kindling in the fire pit, adds a few more logs, then goes to the crate and digs out the matches. He selects one, then lights the fire. "Wow, thats almost like cheating, it is so easy." He smiles to himself.

Trey makes sure the fire is going to stay lit, then heads down to the water to set the traps up and bait them. Gotta go look for some bait too. He sets up the sticks perfect for Mandys trap, then he drags Pierres Lobster trap out to the water and secures it.

Trey pulls a shirt over his swimsuit puts on his hiking shoes, grabs a banana and a vitamin, and heads to the jungle for fruit. oops, before he goes, He runs to empty his backpack and hang his clothes out to air. then runs down to the water and rinses his backpack really good, turns it inside out, and hangs it on a stick to dry in the sun. Now he is finally off for more fruit.

She awakes a bit disoriented, but then remembers where she is. One less little body in the shelter now and one less voice. :-( Sundays make her sad as she thinks of her brother and parents back home spending the day together at the hospital. She sees Lolli and Pierre still sleeping and she thinks how sweet they look. She crawls out of the shelter quietly and admires the view. “Trey sure was smart to set up that trap around the food barrels. And he already started the fire. Yippee!” Rather than invite the rats to dine, she makes a single serving of oatmeal for herself. She has the oatmeal and a vitamin for breakfast. She cleans up her dishes and puts everything away neatly. Then she gets the water jug and sets off to fill it. On her way back from the stream she picks a few flowers to brighten up the camp. Then she pumps the water through the purifier. After putting the water away she sets off into the jungle to look for some fruit.

wakes up and sits up slowly...WOW! I slept really good last night! Crawls out of her sleeping bag and climbs out of the shelter...grabs her backpack from the pole and pulls her dirty clothes out...pulls the first couple items of clean clothes out and sniffs them....hmmm...these smell okay...and starts hanging clothes back up on the makeshift clothesline (made out of a long pole) beside the shelter...

takes her dirty clothes and the shampoo and soap and her dirty little self down to the stream and starts washing clothes...scrubbing and humming to herself...

When the taro is boiled Pierre cuts it into tiny pieces and starts some water boiling. He throws in the pieces of taro, and the cut up fish pieces. He add some of the powdered milk to give it a cream base. He keeps stirring and hopes someone comes soon to watch it for a ltitle while so he can try to find some clams.

Trey wakes up and looks around. Not HOW is he gonna get out of the hammock without waking everyone up? One time in the middle of the night he woke up to turn over and almost flipped everyone onto the ground. Don't want to do that again.

Trey backs out of the hammock and gently slides to the ground. Humm, no dogs last night. Maybe they just need to be more careful about putting all the food away and having a clean camp. Hopefully that is all they had gotten lazy lately. He puts more wood on the fire. He will find some fruit for breackfast no use cooking oatmeal for one person. He takes a vitamin.

You get to challenge beach on an a table next to Gia is one of the hugest sandwiches you have ever seen. It is 4' long and just giant. It has ham, turkey, roast beef, bologna, salami, 3 cheeses, all the fixins and the bread is so fresh you just smell it. There is ice cold sodapop to wash it down!

Gia smiles as the kids are practically drooling. "It's simple folks, tug of war while standing on these tree stumps. 2 points for each round. Last man standing wins it all!"

The kids climb up onto this set of treetrunks joined together into a small + sign. there is a rope for each person, and across from each person is an opponent. Trey and Pierre go first, while Bri goes up against Lollie first.

Tug tug! yank pull! Lolli gets lucky and yanks Bri off her end of the plus sign, scoring herself 2 points, just as Pierre and Trey really dig in their heels. You see the boys playing and tugging, then letting up too much slack, then tight and hard jerks, then loose until Trey manages to let loose the slack just as Pierre is leaning too far back and wham! Pierre falls off the log right on his rump. 2 points for Trey!

The kids dust themselves off and get back on the logs as Gia tells them to switch opponents. Trey and Lollie now are across from each other while Pirre and Bri face off and Pierre sizes up his opponent then just jumps right in yanking and tugging.

Bri is tough! and she is pretty strong, but she just can't match Pierre for strength as he manages to catch her off balance and so she falls, giving him 2 points.

Lollie is almost convinced though that Trey LET her win as she barely tugged on the rope and Trey fell off, giving her 2 more points.

Finally Lolli and Pierre line up across from each other while Trey and Bri go up against one another. This time Bri is just plain getting tired and it shows as Trey easily outtugs her sending her jumping off to the side.

Pierre and Lolli are pretty evenly matched it seems as each one gives, then takes inches of rope from the other, until finally, with a quick clever yank, Pierre gets the upper hand and 2 more points as Lollie tumbles off the logs.

With a 3 way tie between Lollie, Pierre and Trey, the 3 of them get back up on the logs, and each player holds 2 ropes, one to each opponentand the 3-way tug of war is short and sweet as Lolli wins the day! yanking on both boys' ropes simultaneously leaving them nowhere to go but off the side.

Gia applauds Lollie for having beat the boys as she leads Lollie to the hug table long sandwich. "Lollie you get a choice now.. This sandwich can be shared with as many of your tribemates as you wish, but the catch is if they get any, you do not! so how do you want it? All for yourself? or given to them? (if yes decide which of the three others get to share it)."

Trey checks the traps, there are 2 fish and 1 lobster. He will leave them in there till he goes to get some breadfruit.

He runs back to the jungle, he saw some earlier today, not far from camp. He gets the 1 ripe one and runs back to camp. When he gets to camp he puts a bottle of water on to boil the lobster. He cuts the breadfruit up like fries. He cuts the top of the coconut he brought back earlier today, pours some oil into the pan and fries the breadfruit, he runs down to Mandys trap and gets the 2 fish out.

Trey runs back to the fire and flips the breadfruit.

He goes back down to the beach and cleans the fish. Leaving the yucky stuff there until it is time to get the lobster out. He rinses his hands and the gutted fish with water. He puts the breadfruit on a plate and puts the fish in the hot oil to cook.

The water is boiling, gotta go get the lobster. He runs towards Pierres trap, grabbing the fish guts along the way. Trey takes out the lobster and puts in the fish guts. Trey runs back tells the lobster, "sorry, it won't hurt long." and wrinkles his nose as he drops the lobster in the water.

Trey flips the fish, he digs the plates out of the crate. Trey wonders if he will be eating by himself. It is really lonely tonight, but wants to eat early and just relax and watch the waves, maybe even sleep on the beach.

Dinner is finished cooking, he fixes his plate and sits by the fire to eat alone. "Wonder what the jury is doing right now. I bet Ms Colleen has some cool things for them to do while they wait to go home."

He goes to the shelter and pulls down his sleeping bag. He stops and wonders of Lolli would mind terribly if he took Teddy down by the beach to see the stars. No, he won't do that because Teddy might get wet. He shuffles down to the beach and lays out his sleeping bag. He sits back checking out the stars and listening to the magnificent sounding waves.

bath complete and dirty clothes washed in the process...heads back for camp....hangs her clean clothe out to dry and puts the soap and shampoo away...walks over to the fire and makes herself some oatmeal and takes her vitamin and drinks a big glass of water...washes and puts away the dishes she dirtied...

I think I am going to go swimming for a little while...it's a little cool...but, that's okay...and runs to the shelter to change into her swim suit...

for the last couple of years, we have gone out on the boat with my Grandma and watched the fireworks on the lake...and after the fireworks are over, we get to have a box of sparklers apiece!! well...after we are big enough! This would have been my second year to get to play with the sparklers!!

I wish we had some sparklers to celebrate. I am a little scared to hold them by myself, but my daddy usually helps me." (giggles) "Are there any hotdogs left for me? I took a walk down the beach and before I knew it the sun had set. It was too dangerous to come back in the dark, so I camped out right there on the beach. It was a little scary to be alone. Look what I brought back for you guys from the other side of the island. A big conch shell for each of you! Lolli, this one is for you because it is pink on the inside and it makes a soft, sweet sound when you blow in it. Trey, this one is for you because it has these strong spikes and when you blow in it the sound is just like your tarzan yell. And Pierre, this one is for you because it is so unique with the colors swirled together. I hope you guys like them." (smiling)

wakes up really slow and just lays there, staring at the top of the shelter...just doesn't seem real that it is already the 5th of July...it seems like just a little while ago, my sisters and brothers were just getting out of school and I was going to Kindergarten round up!! I wonder which teacher I will have...I hope I get Mrs. Cottington!! She is tooo cool! and she is soooo pretty! My big brother Christie had her last year and says she is really nice...at least I won't be scared to start!! LOL! I have the experience of having gone lots and lots of miles away from home!! That is scarier than ANY first day of school!!

stretches and crawls out of her sleeping bag, rolls it up and sets Teddy on top of it...better get to going with the day!! I should probably go fishing...check the traps and such...gets dressed in her shorts and t-shirt and goes to check the traps...

Gia begins by taking back the immunity necklace from Briene. She looks utterly serious as she tells the kids there is only one more immunity challenge after today, and it will decide who sits in the 2 chairs before the jury to try an win the final grand prize.

Gia again shows the players cages, this time a grid of 8 by 8, and she again has lizards and rats with her, but this time there are also 2 very skinny wild-eyed scarred and mangy dogs. They seem to be somewhat subdued and on very strong leashes, but they are still pretty frightening.

"We will again test your cleverness with rats and lizards, but this time there is another twist. You see a set of 64 cages in a grid, 8 squares wide, 8 squares long.

Each square holds 1 animal, either a rat, a lizard, or a booniedog. All you have to do is place 2 dogs, 6 rats and 6 lizards. The catch is that no lizard can be in the same row, column, or diagonal line as any rat. If the lizard can look up/down, across, or diagonally, and see a rat in the same line, he will break out of his cage and eat that rat.

The dogs will fight each other easily so they cannot be in the same row, column, or diagonal line. Additionally, one of the dogs eats only lizards and cannot be in any row column or diagonal line with a lizard or he will break free. The other booniedog eats only rats and cannot be in a line, row, or column with any rats."

Bri goes first, leading the dogs into place first, then the rats euw! squeamishly holding them by their tails, then coaxing the huge lizards into place. All the animals are safe and she scores herself 12 points plus 28 bonus points for a total of 40. She eyes the immunity necklace nervously.

Lollie goes next being careful to pull the dogs by their leashes, then she guides the lizards into cages and finally just kind of yelps as she puts the rats into place. The animals do not fight and so Lollie scores 12 points plus 30 bonus points for a total of 42!

Trey seems more confident with both the lizards and rats, but the dogs he shies away from, being careful not to tug too hard on the leashes and just leads them into place. His arrangement works perfectly and so he scores 12 points plus 26 bonus points for a grand total of 38.

Finally Pierre takes his turn, shifting the lizards into place, calmly handling the rats and finally placing the mangy dogs and once he is satisfied with their placement, Gia checks his points and announces he has earned 12 points plus 25 bonus points for a total of 37.

Trey wakes up hungry, and checks to see if the are any fish in Mandys trap. Wow, Actually there are several since they haven't removed the fish in several days. He runs to get the net and manages to catch the smallest fish. This is a good size for just one person. Lolli won't be up till later so it would go bad by then.

He digs the frying pan out of the crate, and just fries the fish whole. Opps, not much water left either. Right after breakfast he will replenish the water. Sure has been quiet around here. He pokes some more wood at the fire and waits while his fish cooks.

"Bri, the tribe has spoken. Please bring me your torch." Gia then douses the flame on Bri's torch and lays it with the others. Bri walks out of the clearing and tries not to show her disappointment. She made it this far!

He has asked to be voted off for weeks and today was his first vote against him. He doesn't get it. Its all a plot to drive him crazy. The water begins to boil, as Trey starts to drop the lobster in, he thinks of Lyda Ruth and her pet crab. Hum, maybe he shouldn't eat this lobster, just talk to it. Maybe he can set a trap for the dawgs and take it in as a pet. :) At least it would give him something to do or talk to. LOL

By the time everyone gets back here he just may have completely lost his mind. Yikes! "Sorry, Mr Lobster, but I really am hungry", and he drops the lobster in the boiling water.
