Meggie gets up slowly, stretches and looks around for Trey. She calls his name softly and starts to get the fire going. She prepares a half serving of oatmeal for herself and for Trey.

Good morning, gets up and gets his oatmeal and vitamin, and just sits there looking out at the ocean. "it is so pretty here"

Gets the knife and goes into the jungle. Not very far into it though. He finds lots of Taro real close. gets 5 of them and goes to the water and cleans them. Goes to the camp looking for Treys backback to put them in there, but his backpack is gone. I guess Trey is out looking for food. He leaves them in his back pack.

Gathers some wood and kindling and starts a fire.

Since no one posted they did anything with the dead eel and Pierre just went to sleep, the beach where the dead moray eel is stinks real bad and lots of bugs and tiny crabs have nibbled away at the smelly thing.

hey everybody! I think I am going to go down and bury that eel...he is getting stinky! Wonder, should I take him farther along the shore and just throw him back in? I better find some sticks to pick him up with! There are little crabby looking things around it!

Goes to the side of the jungle and grabs some longer sticks and walks to the eel to pick it up and carry it away

I just wanted to say that I hold no hard feelings. I know my mommy told me that some people don't like the food we eat and she told me not to be surprised if some people made comments that weren't very nice. So before I ever got here I kind of expected some people wouldn't like what I eat and how I do thing. So Moon I am not mad at you and if I can do anything to help you, just let me know.

Moon hears Pierre. "I didn't make comments that weren't nice. I didn't call you names or anything. You eat whatever things you want to and just leave me alone! If you guys want to eat things like rats and eels and bugs I don't care. And whatever name you call them nutria? it's still rat and you fed us all that without even telling us and it made Aggie sick, so why am I the bad guy because I I don't want to watch you kill some eel? and now I don't want to eat anything you have to kill. I think you can survive without killing things and there's lot of people in the world who think that too and it doesn't make me wrong or mean or not nice. You admitted you ate bunnies and I have a pet bunny so yes Pierre, you do eat pets, what is the difference between a dog and a bunny? why not eat dog too? call it dutria and you can even pretend it's not dog at all. We don't have to agree and we don't have to like each other and if you all want to vote me off first chance because I won't kill things or watch you kill things then fine. Then you could have rat feasts every night and I won't care."

"Ok its starting to itch now. I think I'm going for a swim and soak them in salt water. At home, if I have a cut or scratch, it seems to heal faster is I'm in the water doin a lot of surfing. Moon, this will be a good test. You treat it one way, I will treat it another way, and tomorrow we will see which one looks better. I am aiming to dry the rash out."

My mommy has an aloe vera plant at home! It is one of the only plants that she can seem to keep alive!! (she giggles a lot right now!!)

I wonder, is there any on the island? if there is, I do know how to transplant it! (giggles again!) Mommy showed me how to transplant stuff...(starting to giggle a LOT!!!) but, Daddy has to finish them!! He always tells Mommy to stick to "her" stuff and let him do the gardening!! Then, Mommy usually sticks her tongue out at him and leaves the room! (giggling almost hysterically now!) Then, she finally hiccups to a halt on the giggling and smiles shyly...I miss my mommy and daddy! it is about my time to cuddle at home...

I just thought of something that my grandpa used to tell Mommy...she tells us, whenever there is a bully at school, or we are fighting! There are lots of us, and we have to share a lot, but, Mommy always tells us that, if we work as a team, we will get farther and more done than if we try to be independent and do it all on our own!

United we stand, divided we fall! I think that is why we are all still here and the other team is falling! They didn't seem to be working together in their notes to us! They were almost all of them mean to us!

Moon scratches a little at the ras but tries not to. "The betadine helped a little, but it made my skin redder than it was but it feels better. Wash it with the freshwater first so it doesn't get infected though."

She stands in front of Pierre and he can see how puffy her eyes are from how much she is crying whenever she is off on her own. "I never said I didn't care for you. I NEVER said that. I don't care for killing anything anymore. that's a big difference! it is! Can't I like the person and not like what they do? If I didn't care about any of you I wouldn't have made Aggie cookies or gone swimming with the net, or anything!" She looks around at everyone "Can't I like all of you and not like the whole killing to eat thing you guys do?" She takes off running down the beach before anyone sees her tears. This is really hurting her inside to be thinking of all the animals that have to die just so they don't go hungry. The image of those rats she had to eat are still in her mind with beady little eyes that just keep staring at her and showing their teeth.

to clarify a few points: I will roll separately for each individual race, BUT if there is a tie meaning each tribe has won 4 individual races, THEN one last roll is made, and the points from each member for that leg are totalled for the tiebreaker.... Also, choose WHATEVER numbers you like as long as the total adds up to 30

Also: discuss your strategy, but please don't post the exact numbers you'll be choosing just on the off chance that an enemy tribemember has found your website and may be spying...

She was a nice lady, she couldn't speak very well though, she talked funny!"

I remember one time Daddy took me to Baton Rouge once and we went to a kripy Kreme, it was on Plank Rd. in north Baton Rouge! I remember that because they were the best doughnuts I ever ate! Don't tell my Mommy because I tell her, hers is best. That was when Mommy was sick and she had to go to the Hospital! That is when they found my little brother. I don't know where they found him, but they found him and brought him home! Mommy lost a lot of weight then too.

Meggie I only had them once but they were good! I loved them, they were hot and they had this converyor that went around in the building and it would cook the doughnuts then take them to different places in the back and put things like chocolate on some and icing on others. They left an empty donut box here to rub it in our faces. He picks it up to throw it into the fire, but wait, something is in here. He opens the box to find 2 donuts and a note from Mandy. Wow, that was nice. Ok, Maybe that Ocono tribe isn't all mean.

Trey serves up his and Meggies oatmeal and puts out a vitamin for her. Then he begins cutting up each donut into 4 equal pieces. One piece for each team member. He takes his piece and puts it on the side for Aggie. She can have his piece. He gets Meggies piece and sets it next to her oatmeal. Maybe they can put the pieces on a stick and heat them up over the fire like marshmallows. Trey looks around, Meggie should be up anytime now.

Good morning happy campers, it's a drizzly overcast day, 77 degrees and light to moderate showers all day. There is almost no wind and humidity of 97% so even when it isn't raining it is so muggy you wish it were.

For Tribal Council, you just send me your vote email :) you can change it during the day if you wish, but once I have all votes I'll do a final call for any changes on the chatpage, wait a hal hour, then post the results. As the real show proves, many a vote can flip and flop over the course of one day.... Since it is your first tribal council, here are the rules: You can not vote yourself, in the case of a tie, those who are tied will not get to vote again, but get to say a short speech to convince folks, then a second vote is made. this tiebreaker only applies for the first council or if no previous votes have been cast. Moonbeam sets out any empty waterjugs to ctach the rainwater. "This will save us some pumping!" then she looks over to where some of the others are and can't hide the hurt look on her face that seems to appear for no reason, but she wipes off a few tears and goes to lay down on her sleeping bag. The beach is too rainy, but after laying on her bag a few minutes she changes into her swimsuit inside her sleeping bag and grabbing the net, she walks into the water.

Let's remember that we are all at risk tonight to be voted off. None of us is safe. Hopefully we all have enjoyed our time here.

But this is a game, after all. A game where there can be only one winner. To get to that winning position requires more than cooking the occasional meal and making friends. The island is muggy and wet as you trek through the woods as the sun begins to set. The light starts to fade, but you are quided by a small torch from your fire. You hear slithering sounds and several 3 foot long lizards run out of your path. The nights sounds are almost terrifying, and in fact one of you sees a bat, the only mammal truly native to Kosrae... All are silent as you cross the small footbridge and sit in a semicircle around a huge fire. Gia tells each person to take a torch as they walk into the clearing.

As they quietly get back into camp, Trey goes past the boys shelter and heads for his favorite rock ledge. He unrolls his sleeping bag, and puts on his warm clothes and hat. It is realy breezy out there on the rocks overlooking the water. But this is one of his favorite places on the island. He lays in his sleeping bag using his backback for a pillow looking up at the stars that are peeking from behind a few of the clouds. He says his prayers for his family, friends(both old & new) and says an extra one for Moon. He asks for help in getteing their team back on track, this week has taken a lot out of them, but they have to go on. He lays there watching the stars peeking out at him and finally dozes off to sleep.

I think what hurts even more, is the fact that we were all fighting! we haven't fought like that since we got here! Except for when Moon was mad at Pierre for killing the eel...I don't understand why she was so upset about the killing an eel thing...where my mommy is from, we hunt for our food sometimes...there are heads of dead animals on the walls of my uncle's basement room...Mommy gets excited when she hears that one of my other uncles is going to bring her some deer jerky, or deer sausage! My aunty raises chickens and rabbits and goats...the chickens are for slaughtering, the goats are for selling and the rabbits are for both! Even my little cousin knows that! she is only 3! when Mommy and aunty were little girls, they used to get paid a dollar for chasing dead chickens around! For every dead chicken they caught, they got a dollar!

I just don't understand...when Adam and Eve were sent out of the Garden of Eden, God told them that they had to kill the animals for food and work the ground for food...the Indians lived where ever the buffalo went, or the deer, or the antelope...because they lived off of the meat! I just don't understand...why was Moon so upset!

Trey runs back to camp with 1 fish. He has already cleaned it at the beach. He puts the pan on the fire. He has to put the fire out in a few minutes and he is so hungry. He wanted to catch enough fish for everyone, but it looks like most everyone has gone to sleep. There is plenty here to share with anyone who gets back so soon. Where is Pierre??

He looks over at the girls sleeping in their shelter. They look so cute cuddled up together. Its a shame they don't have a camera around. That would be really cute to send home to their moms and dads.

Trey's fish finishes cooking just in time to put the fire out. Its almost Sunday. He doesn't know whether to eat the rest of the fish or try to store it somewhere. He doesn't think its a real good idea to store it, we don't want anyone getting sick, that would be really bad. He eats most of the fish but leaves a little in the pan in case Pierre or someone else gets back to camp soon. He puts out the fire and goes to bed. It sure get lonely around here at night. Sweet dreams everyone, I love you all.
