4 pts. for each complete correct line; 16 pts. for all
incomplete lines get no points.
Each line needs the prince's name, princess's name, her trait, and direction they went.

When the King was dying he called his four sons to him and said he would grant each one a fourth of his land providing they immediately took a wife and settled down. Each agreed. Upon his death however, their mother took ill with a broken heart and she too called them to her bedside, promising each one the woman of his dreams. Each Prince whispered in his mother's ear what he wanted his wife to be and so it came to pass that each Prince found a Princess and came to rule over a part of the kingdom. Of course they lived happily ever after. Gentle reader, peruse the tale and tell me each Prince's name, his wife's name and what trait he desired, and which part of the kingdom he came to rule.

Michael was given the land to the west but he didn't choose the prettiest bride. The Prince who chose the wisest bride rules in the South, but it isn't Philip. Lorelei went with Ludwig, but not to the north. The richest bride went to the east. Maxine is the healthiest bride, but she doesn't rule in the north, and neither does Priscilla. It's bridge night again, and the four regulars that play together are in rare form, snacking and yacking for hours. There are 3 women and 1 man that play well together. Play your cards right and tell me each player's first and last name, the snack they just couldn't stop munching, and the topic that they droned on about for hours.

Julia Trumpet and the woman who spoke about sports have been bridge partners for years. The woman that munched potato chips did not talk about soap operas. Viola neither ate popcorn, nor had a last name of Cornet. Mrs. Piccolo and the woman who ate nachos both hated the topic of sex, but Mabel just kept bringing it up. Louis talked all night about art, but neither he nor Mrs. Horn ate cookies.

Each line needs a first and last name, & type and topic of their writing

A writer's block support group has finally made breakthroughs for it's members, all four of them. Each writer has managed to write something for the first time in many months, each choosing a different form of expression and a different subject matter. Jot down the answers, telling me each writer's first and last name, their form of writing, and the topic of their work.

Only one author had a first and last name that began with the same letter, but she was not the person who wrote about a fish. Andy's haiku was lovely, but he didn't write about war. The two people who wrote about animals were Janet, and Mr. Pounce. The woman who wrote the novelette was not Miss Jump. The short story about rabbits was written by neither Penny, nor the person with the last name of Leep. Leo wrote an ode, but was not the person with the last name of Rann who wrote about trees. The two women have last names that end in the same letter.
