Tribal Council # 11
Kansi Tribe

Everyone packs up their things for tribal council they look around at Kamp Kansi, new friends, new hopes and definitely fears of being sent away tonight.

The players look at the jungle as they walk to tribal council, really noticing it for the first time in a while. They have seen flowers bloom from start to finish in the time they've been here. They have seen the baby crabs hatch after a full moon beach frenzy three times now. The island has changed them more than they thought possible and less than they might have imagined.

As they walk into the council clearing, wondering who will join the jury tonight, they can't help but think of how the time has passed, how different things must be at home, and how in only 3 more weeks or less this will all be over.

Gia lets each player settle in the circle around the fire before addressing them all. In silence they enter the clearing and see Meghan and Aggie sitting on the jury bench. They look clean and well fed! They meet the eyes of their former tribemates, but do not show any emotion. Gia gestures for everyone to get settled then she has one simple question for each player.
Gia says "Short and sweet, answer as honestly as you choose, Would you rather be an honest loser or a dishonest winner?"

The children consider the question carefully.

Pierre replies, "An honest loser."

Trey says "Honest loser."

Lolli replies to Gia's question, saying "An honest loser!"

Briene says "I'd rather be an honest loser. Cheaters don't deserve to win."

Lola ponders Gia's question, then answers bluntly. "I'd be lying to say I don't want to win. So I'll have to say a dishonest winner."

Mandy looks at the group and says, "I would rather be an honest loser." "I want to win, but I don't want to be looked at like I cheated or anything."

Gia nods as each player answers. "It's time to vote," she says, pointing to the voting table.

Each player takes their turn choosing a name to place in the drum. The last to vote brings Gia the drum and she begins to read the votes.

"First vote, Pierre" she says. "Second vote Mandy" she continues.

She lays the votes in piles. "Another vote for Mandy," she reads, then says "another vote for Pierre."

She reaches into the drum again, calling out "Fifth vote, one for Bri."

She looks at the anxious players. "This last vote could cause a 3 way way tie." She opens it and reads it off. "last vote Mandy. Mandy the tribe has spoken, bring me your torch."

Lola's mouth falls open, even Lolli is shocked, and Mandy tearfully brings her torch to Gia, saying "Bye everyone," then she walks out of the clearing.

Mandy's Final Words

"I'm not upset...just shocked...we trusted Bri and she turned traitor on us. It is obvious from the votes that she never voted for Pierre. The two votes were from Lola and Mandy. She voted for Mandy and two of the Nics voted for Mandy. They obviously had another alliance going. I hope Lola continues to win immunity and the rest eat each other alive." Mandy considers her parting comments, saying "Beware! There is more than one traitor in your tribe!" Mandy then grabs her stuff and follows the producers out of the tribal council.
