At the bottom of this page is a set of error reporting buttons that can be used to advise you of errors on your webpages without revealing your e-mail address. The automatic variables displayed on this page are just to show you what will be passed from hidden variables when submitted. The actual variables used in the form are hidden between the text line explaining how to report an error and the buttons. You can see them if you 'view source'.
Server side includes must be enabled on your webserver for this to work. If your server has XBitHack on, you may be able to use .html file extension if the file has execute permission (755). If that does not work, try ending the filename with .sthml.
Once you have it working, you have to point it to your own CGI script for processing. If you do not have one, download my comment.cgi and set it up to e-mail the data to you.
