Directly responsible for the analysis, design and implementation of these conversions as well as for client training and technical support. Work involved extensive coordination with marketing, programming, production, and creative groups.
Administrative Analyst. 7/76 TO 7/78. The City of Cambridge, MA. Supervised the preparation of the first ever (1977) Annual Financial Report. Supplied direction and technical assistance to the treasury to effect a complete reorganization of cash and trust management procedures. Conducted an extensive analysis of revenue sources, resulting in the recovery of substantial funds owed the City.
Budget Analyst. 1/75 to 7/76. City of Cambridge, MA. Accomplishments include, 1) a major role in budget reform; 2) extensive involvement in a sweeping fiscal reorganization, including the analysis, design and implementation of the city's conversion to a computerized revenue reporting system; and 3) the integration of micrographic and computer technologies in budget, treasury and accounting procedures.
