Concordia is along the Des Plaines River just north of Waldheim and Forest Home cemeteries.

Here is what I take to be an early instance of tombstone photo style. The stone is engraved in German.

Concordia has the look of a late 19th century cemetery. The monuments rise tall, frequently in obelisks -- the Egyptian symbol of a ray of light or the sun at its zenith.

Here we have another heartfelt representation of grief. It is in a style we have already seen.
