Grandma brings them to see the flowers closeup, and there are huge circles full of dozens of different flowers, in all colors of the rainbow. Grandma says she will keep making circles until she runs out of garden space!

The biggest circle so far is the one closest to the driveway, and it is almost 25 feet across.
You can barely see them, but in the picture on the above right, the girls are waving from on top of the fifth rock in from the right side.

By an angled ramp that leads from the front driveway down to the patio basement level, Grandma planted lots of wildflowers, like these Black-eyed Susans.

To the west of the house, parallel to the garage door, is a long row of more flowers. It started out only 4 feet long, but Grandma adds another 5 feet of garden to the strip every other week. It is full of geraniums, forget-me-nots, crocuses, bleeding-hearts, lavender and cornflowers. Grandma and Chazz are very proud of their hard work!

Grandma shows off a fat peony among the plants she keeps under the balcony. She takes the girls across the patio then to go inside and see some of her artwork!
