Molly and Leah are the next visitors to arrive, their mommy Nicole lives in New York. The day they arrive, we have a picnic planned. We get to the lake and we have the dock all to ourselves. The day is a little overcast, but the breeze is delightful. We settle in on the picnic table and eat our sandwiches and picnic goodies.
The food is good and the view is great as the girls eat and listen to music on their boombox.
	Auntie Colleen poses with the girls by the lake. The woods are nice with lots of hiking and biking paths, and at one end of the forest is a wildlife preserve with a herd of elks. The town is called Elk Grove and there are 8 or 9 elks in the herd.
After lunch Molly, Leah and Shandra want to go on a nature walk. Colleen tells them not to go too far, and they head off along the shore. Leah finds a ladybug on a leaf and the girls all check it out.
