   DRY INGREDIENTS
   4 cups whole wheat flour                     4 cups white flour
   2 tsp baking powder                          2 tsp baking soda
   2 tsp salt                                   1 1/2 cup sugar
   3 cups raisins

   WET INGREDIENTS
   1 cup dark molasses                          2 pints sour milk
   (sour milk = 4 cups milk, 4 tbsps vinegar)
   4 tbsp cooking oil




  Pour liquids over dry flour and raisins.  Mix well and divide
  equally among 6 1 pound greased coffee cans.  Seal cans with foil
  wrap.  Bake for 2 hours in 250 degree oven.

  Cool for several hours on racks before removing from cans.
