  Filled Cookies

   1/4 cup butter or margarine      1/2 tsp baking soda
   1 egg                            1/2 cup sour cream
   1/2 tsp vanilla                  1 (12 oz) can Solo Filling
   2 1/4 cups flour                 1/4 tsp baking powder







  Cream butter or margarine and sugar until fluffy.  Add egg and
  vanilla and blend well.  Sift together flour, baking powder,
  baking soda and salt.  Add to creamed mixture alternately with
  sour cream.  Blend well.  Refrigerate dough until firm enough to
  handle.  Preheat oven to 375.  On a well floured board and using
  a well-floured rolling pin, roll dough a small amount at a time,
  to about a 1/4 inch thickness.  Cut into rounds with a 2 1/2 inch
  cookie cutter.  Place half of the cookie rounds on an un-greased
  sheet.  Place a teaspoon of filling on the center of each half
  and press edges together.  Bake 12-15 minutes or until lightly
  browned and set.  Remove and cool on rack.
