High Holiday Children’s Services Dates

Rosh Hashana

Junior Congregation

This service is for children in third grade thru seventh. Led by Etz Chaim Educator Anne Stein, Second Grade Family Class teacher Marcey Siegle and Cindy, the children have their own special service, hear a story from the Rabbi, have activities, and join our adult worshipping community to hear the call of the Shofar. The service runs the same time as our adult morning service and is approximately two hours in length.

Children's service

This service is geared for families with young children; infants, toddlers, pre-school thru second grade. The service is about 30 minutes in length with plenty of music, a story from the Rabbi, and the sounding of the Shofar.

Yom Kippur

Junior Congregation

This service is for children in third grade thru seventh. Led by Etz Chaim Educator Anne Stein, Second Grade Family Class teacher Marcey Siegle and Cindy, the children have their own special service, hear a story from the Rabbi, and learn about the observance of our Day of Atonement in an age appropriate way. The service runs the same time as our adult morning service and is approximately two hours in length.
