Q: I have seen you quoted as saying that Doctor Who must receive a 17 or higher ratings share to be considered a success; however, even The X-Files only recieves about a 10.8 and is considered a hit. Phil: I was quoted as saying a 17 share correctly, but there is a big difference between a household rating of 10.8 (which is a 17 share) and the share of 17. More confused? :-)
