Becoming a Member

"The basic purpose of the club shall be to promote birding as an avocation, and to educate its members and the general public. This purpose shall be served by meetings and other means of communication, by group field experiences, and by projects designed to enhance opportunities for birding in the west suburban Chicago area."

The DuPage Birding Club was founded in 1985.

The club exists to provide a fun and camaraderie between birders of all levels and ages while enjoying some serious birding experiences.

Membership dues are $20 (individual), $30 (family), or $10 (full-time student). Reduced rates are available for new members joining January through June (valid through June 30). All membership renewals are due July 1. Print out the on-line application form, fill it out, and send it with your check to the treasurer (see address on application form), or join at one of our club meetings .
